I’m a 48yo gay white man living in so-called Australia.
I’ve dated Asian guys (cis and trans) my whole adult life.
I have written quite a lot about the challenges and the importance of trying to achieve equality in a cross-cultural relationship, recognising that national and global histories of colonisation and white supremacy can give a white partner unearned power in an encounter or relationship with an Asian partner.
I created this blog to share posts appreciating Asian talent and hotness.
For two reasons:
- Sexual racism works by denying that Asian men in particular are hot and I feel this is harder to deny when the evidence is gathered right here.
- A lot of Asian folks (not all, but many) had pretty stern parenting and I feel they deserve to hear their accomplishments recognised and celebrated.
